Hospital Mistreatment

According to a study, most medical interns report experiencing mistreatment, including humiliation by senior doctors, _____1_____ threatened, or physical abuse in their first year out of medical school.

医院的虐待

虽然30%的住院医生说他们经历过某种******或性歧视，谩骂是被提到的最普通的问题。当谩骂事件被限制在三次或三次以上，53%的住院医生说他们被轻视或被资格稍老的住院医生羞辱，而21%以上的住院医生说他们的工作成绩被记到别人的功劳簿上。资深的医生为了惩罚实习医生而给他们分派任务，“被推、被踢、被打”并且有人“威胁你的名誉和职业。”10%以上的被测医生反映这种事更常见。
