The Guidance Outline of Psychological Health and Education of Primary and Middle School was formulated by the Ministry of Education. It involves five aspects: fundamental principle, objective task, main point, means and method, as well as organization and implementation. According to the characteristics of physical and psychological development of students from different areas and ages, it takes different measurements of psychological health and education. It aims at improving psychological quality of middle and primary students and to promote the development of their physical and psychological health.
