Spring Buds Program

The Spring Bud Project is a loving care program aimed at helping poverty-stricken female drop-out (or nearly drop-out) students return to school. The Spring Bud Project was initiated and carried out by the China Children and Teenagers' Fund in 1989. The Project is carried out through financial support by donors. It involves five welfare programs, including the Spring Bud Project, Practical Skill Training, Spring Bud School, and Spring Bud Healthy Growth Project. Each project varies in funding criteria.
