原料
* 150 g Taro
. Turn on the cold water and rinse the sago under the water.
2. 烧开一锅水,将西米用水清洗一下,入滚水锅中。煮的过程中要不断的用勺子搅拌,不然西米会粘锅底。一直煮到西米呈半透明状,熄火。把西米倒入过滤网,然后冲凉水备用。
3. Bring 400ml water to boil and add in the taro and sago. Turn the heat down. Add in artificial sugar and coconut milk. Stir until all well-combined. It tastes good either served hot or cold.
3. 把400毫升入锅烧开。倒入蒸熟的香芋和已经过凉后的西米,关小火,加入人造糖与椰浆,调均。热食冷饮两相宜。
