蕃茄虾球 Diced Tomatoes With Shelled Shrimps

一、Ingredients
原料

1 tbsp Chopped onions
1大勺 洋葱末
1 tbsp Olive oil
1.______________
1 clove Minced garlic
1粒 蒜末
1 pc Chili, cored and chopped
2.___________________________
1 tsp Dried parsley
1小勺 欧芹末
2/3 cup Tomatoes, peeled and diced
3.________________________________
150 g Shelled shrimps
150克 虾仁
Salt
少许 盐

二、Method:
做法:
1.Wash and devine the shrimps, dry them up with the kitchen towel.
1.虾仁洗净去泥肠,用纸巾抹去多余水份。

2.Stir-fry the onion with olive oil over the medium heat until the onion transparent, about 3 minutes. Add in minced garlic and chili. Stir fry until the garlic appears golden in colour.
2.用中火以橄榄油炒香洋葱末至透明状,约3分钟,加入蒜末和辣椒,炒至蒜呈金黄色。

3.Add in diced tomatoes and dry parsley. Flavoured with a little salt.
3.倒入蕃茄丁,加入欧芹末,加入少许盐调味。

4.Turn the heat down and stir briefly and let cook for about 5 minutes. Add in shrimps and stir until all the shrimps coated with the sauce. Cover and simmerfor 3-5 minutes until the shrimps are cooked. Flavour with a little more salt if desired.
4.转小火,稍微翻炒,大约5分钟。将虾仁入锅,让每一只都可沾到酱料,盖上锅盖煮3-5分钟至虾仁熟,可视个人口味再加入少许盐。
