三个词构词方法相同pro向前+cess/ced/ceed(走)，所以意思也相近。

process使用最广，包括一切自然的工程和人工的程序。

procedure指人为的办事程序(强调步骤性)。

例：admission procedure入学手续; procedure of teaching教学步骤

proceedings含义最窄，指会议记录(记录会议的进展) 和诉讼程序。
