1,订金为货款百分之三十;

The buyer is reliable to make 30% down payment.

2,余额交货前付清;

3,订货期以收取订金作实;

The production starts at the seller's receipt of the buyer's down payment.

4,如取消订单,订金恕不退回;

The down payment will not be returned if the order is cancelled by the buyer.

5,如超出提货日期30天,订单自动取消,订金不予退回;

The order will be automatically cancelled and the down payment will not be returned if the

buyer doesn't fetch the cargo within 30 days beyond the due time.
