收单撤消或变更订单
一、收单与确认
1、本月10日来函收悉,感谢贵方对... ...的订货。
We received your letter of the 10th inst., and thank you for your order for ...
2、贵公司5月10日来函及五部印刷机器的定单均已收到,在此表示感谢。
We are in receipt of your favour of the 10th May, with your order for five printing machines, which I herewith acknowledge with best thanks.
3、贵公司6月10日电报关于高级砂糖100英担定单已收到,并予以确认。
We confirm herewith your telegraphic order of the 10th June, for 100 cwt. of the best sugar.
4、贵公司7月10日函收悉,对此次订货,我公司表示感谢。
We acknowledge receipt of your favour of the 10th July, and thank you for the order you have given us.
二、撤消或变更订单
1、非常抱歉,兹因购货人已向我司撤消订单,迫使我司只好向贵公司取消这一次订货。
To my deep regret, the buyer of these goods has just cancelled the order, a fact which compels me to cancel my order with you.
2、很抱歉由于我司在今后一段时间内,所有货物品已完全够用,因此,不得不取消此次订货,敬请谅解。
Our requirements are now fully covered for some time to come, and we therefore greatly regret that we have to cancel our order with you.
3、非常遗憾地 通知 贵公司,因为购货人对贵公司价格500元不予确认,因此要求您取消此订单。
We are sorry to report that our buyer does not confirm this order at your price $500; we must, therefore, ask you to cancel same.
4、非常遗憾,我公司不得不 通知 ,在此同一时期内,需要取消数种订单。
I regret that I have to notify you of so many orders being ceancelled at the same time.

写信的原则(Writing Principles)已从原来的3个"C"(Conciseness, Clearness, Courtesy)发展到目前的7个"C":Completeness, Clearness, Concreteness,Conciseness, Correctness, Courtesy, Consideration

Dear Sirs,
With reference to your letter of April 9, we are pleased to accept your offer of 100 tons of Copper Wire as per your Offer Sheet No.8/070/02B. Please go ahead and apply for your Export Licence. As soon as we are informed of the number of the Export Licence we will open the L/C by cable.
信的本文汉译
关于你们四月九日涵,我们高兴地接受你们第8/070/02B号报盘单所报100吨紫色铜丝。请着手办理申请 出口许可证 。一经接到 出口许可证 号码的 通知 ,当即电开 信用证 。
对商业信函的"完整"要求
要求书信的"完整",理由有三:
1.一封完整的书信比一封不完整的书信,有更大的可能性带来预期的效果;
2.一封完整的书信,有助于建立和表达友善关系;
3.一封完整的书信,可以避免由于遗漏重要情况(情报)所导致的诉讼(Lawsuit);
4.有时,某些不显眼的书信或文件,由于所提供的情况完整而又生动有力(Complete and Effective)而成为极为重要的文件。
一封信写得是否完整,建议用五个"W"来检验,既:
"Who, What, Where, When 及Why(包括How)"
例如在定货的信中,必须明确说明
"需要什么商品"(What you want)
"何时需要" (When you need the goods)
"货物发到何地何人收"(to Whom and Where the goods to be sent)
"如何付款"(How payment will be mande)
如对对方的要求作出否定的答复时(如不能报盘,不能理赔等)应说明理由"为什么"(Why)
