A federal jury in the United States has convicted a man of kidnapping and conspiracy connected to the death of two black teenagers more than 40 years ago. The man James Ford Seale who’s alleged to been a member of the Ku Klux Klansman has denied the charges. Our correspondent James Westhead reports from Washington A former Laborer and one time police officer James Ford Seale evaded justice for 43 years. Until the brother of one his victims tracked him down and forced the FBI to reopen the case. Now a jury in Jackson, Mississippi has found Seale, who’s 71, guilty of kidnapping and conspiracy. The former Ku Klux Klansman member has taken part in abducting two black teenager hitch–hikers, tying them to a tree and beating them. They were later chained still alive to an engine block and drowned in the Mississippi.
