  4.更改装期（因客户责任）
   alteringthimeofshipment(client’sresponsibility)
   （1）owingtothedelayinopeningl/c,shipmentcannotbemadeascontractedandshouldbepostponedtonextmonth.
   由于开证迟缓，货不能按约装出，须推迟到下个月。
   （2）sinceyourdesignassortmentreacheduslate,itwillbeimpossibletoeffecttheshipmentuntilfeb.2006.
   因您花样搭配来迟。货只能于2006年2月付运。
   （3）onlyafterthemanufactruer’sapproval,canthedesignsbearrangedforproduction.therefore,itisimpossibleforustoshipthegoodswithinthismonthascontracted,andthedelayinshipmentisentirelyduetoyourfailureinsendingusthedesignsintime.
   花样只有经过工厂同意后方能生产。因此，货已不可能按约于本月内装运，所以由此而产生的迟装全系贵方没有及时送来花样而致。
   5.通知装运情况informationofshipmentposition
   （1）wewishtoadviseyouthatthegoodsunders/cno.xxxwentforwardpersteamer"xxxx"ondec.19，2005tobetranshippedinxxxandexpectedtoreachyourportearlyjan.2006.
   兹通知合约xxx项下货物业已于2005年12月19日装运“xxxx”轮，在xxx转船，估计于2006年1月初可抵达贵港。
   （2）owingtotheunforeseendifficultiesonthepartofthemills,weregretbeingunabletoshipthegoodswithinthetimelimitofyourcredit.butthemillshavepromisedthattheywillgetthegoodsreadyforshipmentwithinonemonth’stime.
   鉴于工厂遇到意外困难，很抱歉，货不能于信用证限期内装出，但工厂答应一个月内将货物备妥装运。
   （3）wearepleasedtoinformyouthatthegoodsunderyourorderno.xxxwereshippedperdirectsteamer"xxx"ondec.31,2005,andtherelativeshippingsampleshadbeendispatchedtoyoubyairbeforetheseamersailed.
   很高兴地通知您，订单xxx项下之货于2005年12月31日装“xxx”号直接船，有关船样已于开船前航寄贵方。
