2.We regret to inform you that we are not in a position of cover your need for the said goods.Once our supplies are replenished， we shall be only too pleased to revert to this matter.

3.As requested by you some time ago， we take pleasure in making you the following offer， which is subject to your acceptance within 7 days.

4.Your order is receiving our immediate attention， and you can depend on us to effect delivery well within your time limit.

5.In compliance with the terms of the contract， we forwarded you by air a full set of non-negotiable documents immediately after the goods were loaded.

答：

1.为了使你方对我方经营的轻工业产品有所了解，兹通过航空另邮几份小册子供你方参考。

2.很遗憾通知你，我方无法满足你方所诉产品的需求，一旦供货补给，我会乐意转告你方。

3.根据你方一段时间以前的要求，我们很高兴向你做出如下报价，该报价以7天内接受为准。

4.你方订单我方将当即必办，你可指望我们在你方规定的时限内交货。

5.根据合同条款，一旦货物装运，我们将通过航空寄给你一整套不可议付的单据。

6.According to our usual practice， insurance is to be effected for 110% of the invoice value.

7.As you have failed to establish the letter of credit in time ，we regret being unable to effect shipment within the stipulated time limit.

8.If this first order is satisfactorily executed， we shall place further orders with you.

9.We are willing to enter into into business relations with you on the basis of equality and mutual benrfit.

10.Please amend the credit as allowing transshipment.
